Sage Realty on-site building managers greet tenants in the lobby when they arrive in the morning. Managers are evaluated on how well they respond to tenant issues and concerns. To expedite fulfillment of tenant service requests, we provide tenants with online access to our work order system, Workspeed. Workspeed allows tenants to place and track service requests, which are automatically routed to the appropriate building staff member via smartphone technology.

The executive staff at Sage meets each month with the chief engineer and building manager of every Sage Realty–managed building. At these meetings, building operations, construction, maintenance, service requests, leasing, and financial performance are reviewed in detail.
